I would suggest replace heal with cleanse or exhast or flast

also the items that you suggest is very situational e.x if the enemy time got a bunch of CC with this item build you gonna get owned or if the have champs with dodge abilitys + ninja tabs you can cry hard

i suggest you now to get as items 2 phantom dancers,1 bloodthrister,boots for atck speed,infinity edge,and the last recommended item I tested and it works fine.I could kill 1v3 for fun.Try it.

1skill = wuju style

2skill = aplha

3skill = wuju

4skill = medidate

5skill = wuyu

6skill = ulti

 

and after that inly wuju and alpha strike

with priority to highlander>wuju>aplha>medidate

its alot better build trust me

 

also you should say for newbies that they should buy last whisper only if enemy team got tank :D

Dunno your summoner level, but if you use such a build on Yi you'll fail miserably, cause you're gonna be very easy to counter. At least, all the Yis I see running similar builds fail.
