for example i want to make a NPC looks like a Dark Elf, or Elf...

That has nothing to do with the thing you mention (their morph).

well sofaki I think him wanna make normal characters to shop,trader,etc is can understand.

i think polymorph cannot be usefull

well you can try testing something with chargrp.dat, o too you can adapt models + animations making new one eh but is more hard :P

ok.. i will download DwarfWar's patch and maybe i could "steal" something!

If you want NPC's to wear like A-grade armors n such, there are 2 options:

1) edit models by adding the armor to it etc. lots of work, don't do it

2) as sofaki said, the java polymorph stuff can make NPCs look like regular characters, which can wear the a-grade armor
