After finishing, merge all the layers by using the following shortcut "ctrl+shift+e"

Next, hold "ctrl+alt" and click the mini version of your image on the layers panel to load the selection.

Next, click the 'Channels' tab, and create a new channel by clicking the new channel button located next to the trashcan button.

You should see a black canvas with your image outline.

Next, do "alt+backspace" to fill the layer with white and "ctrl+d" to deselect the layer.

You should have a white version of your image

Next, go back to the layers tab and create a new layer, placing it under your image layer.

Go to your colors panel, and choose the following R:128 B:128 G:128

This will give you the truetone grey.

Click on the new layer (which is under your image layer) and do "alt+backspace" to fill it with the truetone grey.
