The reuse time of transformation skills is alredy fine in l2j every transformation skill have the same reuse time so that can be checked easily with login on retail use a transformation and press it again and voila you see the reuse

No actually L2j had these informations since ages from retail and its still valid xD About skill reuses the most up to date place to get info from is l2guru and retail players i dont have my account on retail since g.part2(nice good bann)
