[Help] About Client's Htm Files

Guys is there any way to edit/decrypt the client's htm files located in the folder 'l2text'?

 

Programs I tried:

- L2Fileedit

- L2encdec

- Notepad++

- HTML edit PRO

- Macromedia DreamWeaver 8

 

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!
