LOL NABS YOU SAY ONLY NOOBISH SUBS man listen at me on DN will make c6 SO DONT LISTEN to them on dn when will amke c6 mutant = delete and horn gived back so make Pala/Necromancer....the best m def heal veganance man its cool make this ;) By Im sps/ee and im booooooooooooored T_T

thanks to explain something when u say such things, specially when this is not consistant and untrue :)

you say shits --> necro will be nerfed a lot and all classes will have in IL an increase of resistance to dark attack... in IL necro will just be the debuff/crowd control class that it has been in C1/C2

thus with your SPS/EE you will beat pal/necro

btw OL/ES is very strong

BUT : on DN drain is becoming a dark attack... thus low damage on class having dark resistance skills or buffs (as EE)

i made several trials:

- in 1vs1 SPS/EE > OL/ES with self buff in arena : due to high critical rate, magic dark resistance and speeed skills

- in mass pvp full buff : OL/ES > SPS/EE (due to more HP and TP), but if u kill the uni first...

btw OL/ES is very strong

BUT :

- distance to strike is 600 for OL/ES... as other mage have 900 (and archers too)

- moreover on DN drain is becoming a dark attack... thus low damage on class having dark resistance skills or buffs (as EE)

i made several trials:

- in 1vs1 SPS/EE >> OL/ES with self buff or full buff (cancel+vortex+block WW then u run and you take a distance superior to 600 and kite and kill ^^) mase several times in arena; just an orcmeat ^^

- in mass pvp full buff : OL/ES > SPS/EE (due to more HP and TP), but if u kill the uni first...

i can jsut say LOL for what u write.

OL/ES have 900 range as every other mage, on self buff vs sps/ee chances are 50/50, and on same buff probably

ol/es>sps/ee .

i dont think u can kill Ol/Es so easy with a suck like SpS/Ee because Ol/es>Sps/Ee and i agree with canis that most of that u wrote isn't true :P

yeah it was a mistake for me and a too quick response. srry for confusion with an other class (i assume and amended my last post)

btw i dont say that SPS/EE can kill easily OL/ES, but in arena self buff with nearly same items, i win against OL/ES each time, due to high cast speed, debuff, high speed of sleep skills, big heal

interesting to discuss ...

first i use cancel + spam aura bolt for interrupting more dangerous skills of OL (silence, suspension...)

then i spam sleep (chance is low but with high cast speed it lands^^)

then recuperation of my CP and HP if necessary + bad buffing (and EE has a lot of bad buff for a mage ^^) and kill unicorn in 3 shots

then surrender +  vortex + splaash ...

= dead

yer its true with self-buff OL/Es might lose agains Sps/ee but when u meet full-buffed Ol/Es somewhere...even u are Sps/Ee u die very fast (Es=the fastest casting that is possible, and if u use drains so fast..no enemy ;D ;D ;D)

@cedrico  when u fight on arena selfbuffed OL/ES should have staff with mental shield (sleep doesnt land then;) )

ol/es should summon seraphim to get hiss buff, and then unsummon it and get some dmg dealing summon. ol should spam drain all the time, while summon attacks u also, thats only way to win for him ;). If he is lucky he can kill u before u get to range 600(to cast cancel).

IL coming soon ... which means about 2 months as Arena is full of bugs ;)

however i wish it would be as soon as possible, cant wait for new subclass system ;) , augments etc ... xD

maybe...

but in practice they preffer to take with them the seraphim uni which provide the renewal buff in case of cancel or long fight... moreover SPS/EE had resistance to water buff then use of merrow uni is not so interesting ^^

furthermore mental shield as SA from staff is not high level and do not permit to have a good resistance to sleep/silence.

in arena going to 600 range is very easy

well but before u get to range 600 OL/ES should use drain 2-3 times (which means u are out of cp and about 2/3hp left).

ol/es never have long fight ... if he wont kill enemy in less than 1min he is out of mana = dead ;p

    • You spent several paragraphs explaining how useful AI is today, something nobody here disputed, not that if anyone did would add value anyways. I'm using AI myself, extensively. I'm not arguing against progress, I'm questioning the long-term concentration of the infrastructure that makes that progress accessible. Your entire argument boils down to "AI is great today, just buy another subscription tomorrow." That's not an answer to concerns about future dependency, market concentration, or affordability. And there's something ironic about calling AI democratizing while casually suggesting everyone should just spend another $500 a month if they hit their limits. Technological progress and centralized control aren't mutually exclusive. That's the distinction you all keep missing. As for the European history lecture, I'm not sure what air conditioning has to do with semiconductor supply chains or market concentration that is driven by corporate greed and macropolitics.
    • This is a very European dogma. To reject modernity and progress. Regression is the European form of progression. Hence why in 2026 there are no air conditioners in major countries like Spain France. Hubris of their ancestor's accomplishments trickled down to the modern person (especially itlians and greeks) where they still believe that their situation is that of 2000 bc.   While I do agree it is definitely important to understand your craft; the reality is as stated. The bots are here to stay and it's as revolutionary as the invention of the internet or the computer. Purists can stick to the typewriter while the keyboard is invented or snail mail containing hand written letters meanwhile the world carries on with hyperlinks. Either harness the power of superintelligence or get left behind. No matter the cost of tokens imo it is still worth it rather than dealing with human assets. A 'decent' single developer has now became an entire dev team in the l2 space. No complaints, no hours, no breaks (except when you run out of tokens. If this is a problem then just buy another sub???) and any mistake can be corrected ASAP. As long as the prompter has a "good enough" understanding of the context and is able to articulate to the bot. Any moron that talks to claude can do it. There is nothing special, you and I can both do the same thing now. AI levels the playing field. The difference is the macro understanding and how to fine tune it. Getting the feature or fix "working" is now no longer the problem but the perhaps the last 20% of making it user friendly and ergonomic which still requires a good eye and experience.   Pre-AI I have spent maybe 12k euro on brazilian scammer gabriel charging 40$ an hour, and then when critical issues arise from their code, the response is just "o sorry im at lunch" so now there really is not that much worry? Or waiting for someone to work on a major code refactor for over a year after buying them a laptop only to say that they are busy herding 5000 sheep and can no longer work. I also spent over 20k on reverse engineering the client and creating extenders which now can be solved with the same solution. The quality is maybe 70-80% of an expert, but the function is without a doubt 90-95%. However I have now adapted to the forward thinking workflow. I complain to opus, go get a drinky drink and come back and try the fix. I can also be talking to the bot on my phone and having it work on my pc while i do other stuf. All for the measly price of about 520$ a month (Claude 200, Claude 100, GPT 200, Gemini 20). What used to be impossible is now just a matter or tokens and persistence.   Also posting a tweet from Elon is the same as posting a quote from Mobius, showing the user's inability to think critically and how they are prone to idolize the loudest in the room.
    • Credits: Galagard Person responsible: Mobius Vulnerable: All L2JMobius versions public and private that support Evolving and Devolving Pets.   What's needed: A pet that a Pet manager can devolve/evolve , for example a Great Snow Wolf Adena or a stackable item A server that won't restart for 24 hours.   How to do the exploit: Take a Great Snow Wolf to the Pet Manager that has devolve abilities (e.g. Aden) Put the stackable items or adena you want to dupe inside the pet's inventory Open the Html of the Pet Manager, navigate to the Devolve Pet screen, DO NOT CLICK DEVOLVE YET Kill the pet (you can move outside if needed, door is very close). Get back to the manager with the HTML open (do not close the HTML).  Click Devolve Pet: You will end up with a new pet (Great Wolf) alive and an old dead body of Great Snow Wolf. Open the inventory of the Great Wolf, it will have the adena and items you put in the old (dead) pet. Take them into your inventory. Wait 24 hours for the old pet corpse to decay. The moment it decays, it will give you the DUPED items back in your inventory.   How to repeat in shorter time: You can re-evolve the Snow Wolf from NPC and repeat the same thing at once. You will end up with a second corpse. So 24 hours later + delay, you will get a 2nd dupe.  You can keep repeating this forever and stack items with an initial delay of 24 hours (no need to wait 24 hours again).  I have not confirmed this step ingame but theoritically with a crafted packet you can pull item from the corpse without waiting for 24 hours. This is a second exploit, the packet doesnt check if the pet is dead, it relies on clientside. Someone has to confirm, didnt try this one as I said.   How was this issue caused:   L2JServer developers  They never checked for a pet that is out and putting a dead pet away does nothing.    Mobius himself In commit 24e82859cab, 2021-05-28, "Unsummon previous existing pet, return null if template does not exist."    public static synchronized PetInstance spawnPet(NpcTemplate template, PlayerInstance owner, ItemInstance control)    {   -    if (World.getInstance().getPet(owner.getObjectId()) != null)   +    final PetInstance existingPet = World.getInstance().getPet(owner.getObjectId());   +    if (existingPet != null) // owner has a pet listed in world        {   -        return null; // owner has a pet listed in world   +        existingPet.unSummon(owner);        }   He tried to fix a null pet (dead) and lifted the only restriction that accidentally blocked the exploit in previous L2JServer versions making L2JMobius the ONLY pack vulnerable to this incumbating issue. Patch:  <h1> I don't know how to write code to produce a patch, I'm a vibe coder </h1>
