I voted for Ovenus because he has many features fixed, that I've never seen working in other servers. Surprisingly, he buys packs (as people say here) but turn out to have less bugs than any other interlude l2j. People say that all his fixes are very easy to do. Then why Ovenus has the only server with these bugs fixed?

Because a good developer actually never makes out a public server. They choose to work on private packs, and get money from it. That's what most of them do, and that's what I'd select too. Money makes world go around unfortunately...
