All private server is DEad but official continue with power and i think l2 is alive for years.

if you search in many private off servers there are much people and to official ofc so there are still people who play l2

 

but this doesn't mean that l2 wouldn't be dead one day if NCSoft continue like this then l2 is dead

C1,C2,C3,C4,C5 - that was the best lineage ever but too old no interest in it anymore

interlude - the failure of l2 the most unbalanced the most unstable the most exploitable client ever

everything after interlude - that was the time when ncsoft released a new chronicle in almost every 3months the reason for that was they needed to fix the crap they made with interlude and finally with gracia part 2 they did it and the whole thing is slower since that.And for what you said for the wow copy...who in the blue hell cares?every mmo stole shits from other games if you keep yourself to this really and not just because you dont have anything against l2 after shitlude(which is obvious since you say the same crap like everyone)dont play ANY game because you can always see things that stolen from another game.

watch the quality man...thats not about the chronicle the problem is every 2nd server opened by stupid greeks...and no offense but greeks are the most reatrded ones in lineage

Reason?

 

Interlude projects still exist, made by packs ready from other users.

Result? A big failure.

 

There are also Gracia Projects, whose owners do not even know what balance means.

Not to mention the missing skills.

Well the real fact is that l2 is slowly dying I believe,if the NC Soft can't do something more interesting then the most players will leave for sure.In the European Forums of Official I see many dissapointed players about the development of l2.

Of course in South Korea l2 is doing well,but I think that in Western Countries which the competition is much higher they just don't choose LineageII to play as a mmorpg.
