well i think it should be unlocked. Even though topic creator is banned, hes not requesting something, or asking opinions of something. He just presents his own view of this topic (is lineage 2 dying) and wants us to discuss , tell our own view of this point. So what if topic creator is banned, and he cant see, we can discuss there if lineage 2 is dying
