i don't see anything in config, i use l2 off c4 my files I was editing the game, putting some character buffs like may buffs and passive songs in (skillacquire) for all characters to get lvl 1. but I don't believe that's it. because then I cleaned everything and put retail the way it was before and they continued with speed of spees. maybe it's something else
