Well in most high rates for farming Warlord is better because of the mob pull. In Low rates (below Hellbound) Destroyers are better for farming becuase they are needed for all types of parties and you can do a pretty good job in catacombs with spear+BD+sws+WC+Frenzy...

Well, for farming it's destroyer of course.

But since you asked the best AoE, then warlord. They're very useful in sieges with their imba stun attacks.
