Motion blur should be one only on one of the sides, not on both.

In that way it'd make it look like it's moving.

 

 

EDIT: You should also work more on backgrounds.

Well, you should try shits out by yourself, not tutorials.

 

Well, that's what I do and I guess I'm doing fine with Photoshop. >.<

 

 

P.s.: That's a friendly advice, don't type LikE ThIs It's pRetTy AnnoyinG.

On english, you have to capitalize the first letter and end your phrase with a period (.).
