Help npc name and title problem

Hello guys can you guide me please, i want to change the distance of npcname from the npc. 
Here are some shots of my problem.
So The teleporter is fine but the vote manager has its name placed too high.

Play with the Collision Height of the NPC itself, and good luck!

Try to edit collision height but be careful about position, also you can open UKX and try to edit location of NPC inside, this will affect the height.

You can try find similar npc with same height/radius and with good name offset and change `class`(second after id) in npgrp.dat file, just copy paste with good one.
