LF Char Code For Inventory Protection

Does anybody knows where can i found a interface where there is a char code to protect or block inventory of characters? and block user trades or drop items.

Idea: add function to lock character only to log on certain IP/HWID.
Extra protection: If somehow the character gets logged in, add extra check on RequestTrade packet etc
