in all server's work so dont say in my server work in l2(name) work... skill are reuse by atk speed .. much atk speed better reuse low atk speed no so good reuse

This is a nice trick, but obviosly, a lot of ppl know this, daggers have more atk speed than other weapons, and SA makes it faster, so re-use time will be less than with other weapon with less atk speed
