Help Menu Box Color

Anyone can tell me html code to make this exact menu box color on L2jFrozen pack? Looks like a fading effect or multiple colors.

It's a custom button, not a htm modification.

Hmm. so what do I need to do to make this then?

make an image, a gradient from light blue to black and save it in a utx then use it as the buttons image in the html
