Yes I know, pretty lame . Too all the adena sellers please check the skype , I didn t check it when he added me 10 days ago. He bought some adena, everything was ok. Today he wanted to buy 20kk. Because he bought 10 days ago and I had no proble ms I really wasn't suspicious so I just went all in no problems. Big mistake, Now I have a dispute on paypal!

 

AFTER I gave him the adena, I was like:dude wtf was I thinking. And 5 mins later, BAM dispute.

I don't know how you sell but it will be appropriate to add if you have a website some terms of use and privacy policy in order to sell digital goods so when somebody refunds via paypal you say with screen shots that the disputer got the money with proofs etc. and plus I recommend you to read the paypals new protection policy for sellers.

                                   -buyers are protected when they buy digital goods.

I don't want t be negative, as a medicine person i believe in energy and positive thinking but this is internet and forum so i have to be realistic. Since i had this issue about 30 times in less than 6 years i have to tell you that you can't do anything cause paypal require a tracking ID. You can try by calling them directly (as i did today to solve a problem, chargeback is very low like 0.30$ per minute) and solve it but 99.9% you can't prove that you're right. 

 

Make new bank account as i did 4 times, new paypal, use real name and start all over again and trade with trusted members.

I already have the real name on my paypal.

If I open another one with my name won't they insta block it? About the bank account it's no problem because I withdraw money to a Revolut bank account!

I dont know if they will block the new acc with name but unfortunately you won't solve the negative balance. Paypal dont cover the seller at anyway especialy when it come to Freelancer it's instant win for other if he claim he didnt get his item and they ask u to put tracking ID.
