I would say that there have been plenty of good albanian developers and i remember in 2009 there was a top server called L2RaceSupremacy and was fully custom type of server and had even more people than l2pride even tho they had similar things.

Developer was not albanian...he was Brut from bulgaria..as i saw in a topic a year ago..
