Yes,  i tried it. In some places this work perfect in some places npc going under floor.

 

Height realy is okay cuz not only teleporter doing that.

your config file or index txt file not empty? "geo_index"

or just try to hit with bow to mob behind the wall to check :D

take a retail pack from your sources and test there with geodata ofc. if the problem wont be there, then good luck on debug...
