Patch NON-STEAM PROTOCOL 48

 

 

[server]

 

WINDOWS: extract it in the server folder

 

Download: LINK

 

LINUX: the server will work only with  sv_lan 1./ do as with windows

[client]

 

1. -> Full game client

2. -> only the Patch

 

cs16patch_full_v35.exe

Download: Link - install first patch

 

cs16patch_protocol_v48.exe

Download: Link - then the 2nd

if u mean patching your cz game client to allow you to play on steam servers (protocol 48), then the answer is no.

if u mean patching the cz server to allow ppl on steam to play than i think it should work, in theory at least.
