FIRST OF ALL - I'm not defending AccessDenied:
- sometimes, I get many pm's and requests to do a work for users. I usually put new requests to "wait list", but if someone has a "fast work" I do it in between my works.
- sometimes, believe me or not, I have real life duties,
- sometimes, work gets some delays.

Thats why a DELAY shouldn't be judged as scamm, but if person DOESN'T send the money back or refuse to send the code/files to his customer, well...there is no doubt.

every time he doesn't deliver, he just put some fucking retarded excuse and then vanish until guy get mad enough to dispute or look for other methods to get cash back.

 

What would do guy who sent cash as gift/family and couldn't dispute? wait for eternity until scamDenied answer on skype? xD

 

the only fact, someone needs to open dispute should result in this gypsy banned, pure scam approach... hoping someone will just move on and wont want his cash back.
