I am very sure that your beloved server, which you keep mention it, does not provide the same quality we do, just that they have a big part of community doesn't mean they are better than us.

 

My only 'beloved' project is Classic Club which I'm sure you've heard of  :dat: I'm not even playing on RPG but that's irrelevant

You mention all these fancy features, multilanguage support or multiproxies or DDoS protection and things like that, but you don't seem to understand how the 'server market' whatsoever.

 

People who want to play High Five low rate automatically head to RPG club. They've opened new server quite recently so these people still head there, however in 1 month when you plan to open the situation is going to be slightly inclined your way. But even if you manage to catch people's attention, by being basically an RPG club on paper you have zero chance of getting their actual interest because they'll simply get discouraged by not being an actual RPG club. It's just the way it, you may be much higher quality server but unless you diferiate yourself fundamentally you just can't sell it to L2 community.

 

RPG even managed to sell "no donation" server with a custom P2W cloak, it's stupid but they're just so miles ahead of you in this you that just stand no chance trying to play in the same ballpark.

 

Even if everything you say is truth, people just won't fully enjoy playing on a 100 online server.

 

All I'm asking you is to have a serious discussion on Skype or Teamspeak or whatever with other staff members and think thoroughly about it all, you still have time to do it, to make a difference.

 

Just take that one step into unknown, do things differently, even drop few hundred bucks here, it's going to be one hell of a ride and you'll get your money back asap.

Indeed, quest reward should be x1, maybe increase the quest drop to x2 tho

so what? rpg club got 3-3,5k online with boxes at prime time, u think eu ppl will play 1x rates? ;D there wont be more than 400 online, and after 2 weeks everyone will quit

I'm not saying there'll be 5k at opening, but opening RPG club wannabe without RPG club background is just bullshit these days. Either open x50 with GM shop like everyone else or try something new, dressing up like RPG doesn't make you an RPG.

Quite the contrary actually. Have you see their other project, the Classic Club? It's been open like 1,5 years ago and it still has 1~2k online. People are just bored with the 3 months old bullshit. The problem with Classic chronicle is that it's (a) way too damn slow and (b) it lacks off-farm features. Opening a 'classic spirit' server with H5 features is something I'd bet on these days. Opening a 'hardcore' High Five server is pretty much unexplored area, you can't say it won't work just because nobody tried it lately and you personally prefer middle rates.

Well I don't know. Forum looks exactly the same to me, the writing style of the staff members is almost identical to CC members (CM Parker = San0, Renoa = Kse, Patron = Koll (?), Decay I'd assume would be Manton as a developer and Damian would be Phoenix as a Russian moderator). From what they've shown so far, they have very similar features too, same ammount of proxies which I would assume would be the same regions, same PIN system, welcome rewards look to be in quite similar spirit too. 

 

But either way, it doesn't matter. My point is that the Classic Club shows that there is, in fact, a part of community which demands such extremely longterm servers. It has something to do with L2 players growing up as players, they just want to settle down somewhere, and a scaling hardcore low rate H5 server would be exactly a place to do so.

nah... its not them. when they will open h5 will be on same domain. they wont create project from scratch for it. just asked. also dont think CC would open project allowing 2box.

forum structure is the base forum structure for that system. and about the proxy list is the standard one now a days.

as i said either guys just decided to get the domain as it is to try to get some extra attention or it was the domain they found.

Well it's apparent they're distancing themselves from this project, but I guess it's mostly so CC players don't feel like admins are working on another project as well. I mean if they have good files then there's probably not too much work on the H5 server anyway, but it just looks better this way, I guess. There's just way too many similarities for me to believe it's a coincidence.  :illuminati:

The design of everything looks neat and clean, project looks professional as f*ck  :not bad:

 

Fix the rates and dualboxing and it will be amazing. Also speed up the advertisement, there's still only ~50 people on forums, even if you plan for a longterm server, grand opening means a lot anyway

Good luck, i am interested to join most important is they are opening an international high five server which does not exist!
