My version of L2.exe launcher made with vb.Net

Using this program you will be able to use the retail client without having to modify your game client.

The default IP is set to 127.0.0.1 for local testing.

You can alternatively create a file named "connect.ini" in your system folder that contains your desired IP.

*You will need Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Windows 7 SP1 +) to be able to run it.

*Tested on HighFive+ clients.

Ummm, whats the point? You hooked IP from L2.ini but You add'ed it connect.ini - whats the differance then?
You can run the game without "editing" Your game client by creating *.bat file + _L2.ini copy with changed IP.

But no one does that - beside client modders. Private servers will use L2.exe + L2.ini witch changed IP or use
SmartGuard or L2SGuard with binded IP in L2.exe or - like it is in L2SGuard, with completely removed L2.exe.

Modders - don't care if they have to use L2.bat or Your L2.exe + connect.ini.

But maybe Im missing a point...? T_T

EDIT:
Ultimate share whould be executable file with option to bind server IP inside unpacked L2.exe, although, someone
will have to create liblary with unpacked L2.exe for each protocol revision :)

Already mentioned what is its purpose.

-Avoid client modifications, in a proper maner.

-Use latest untouched retail client to connect to your server.

-Easy to use.

I would highly recommend using or altering Zoey's code: https://github.com/Zoey76/L2

Really cool project. I was looking for something like that for a long time. Thanks for linking it.

EDIT:

Nevermind, lol. It's just shell>cmd>run bin with paramns. It's not what I was hoping for  :happyforever:

Calling shell to call cmd to run l2.bin...

Yes, really cool.

Elfo, learn what a compiler does and then come back to post your arguments.

Bitch please what is this 2005? First program language people tend to learn because handlers?

Beside beginners all-purpose symbolic instruction code

Let's ask all people who used VB why they switched to C#

I am well aware of it. I just can't stand people coding in VB in 2017.

It's written in C++ so you don't need .net to run it.

And btw Avve the point would be that you can launch other services if you want to  when you can create your own l2 exe

"written in C++"

FUCKS SAKE

Owner hide/show is separate from admin status. Toggling no longer causes a full page refresh. - **Accessibility**: Form fields across the site now have proper labels and IDs for screen readers and autofill — server info edit form, add server form, My Servers edit, Admin Panel (Email, Vote System, pricing, filters, logs), and related inputs.
    • LIVE VERIFICATION? SUMSUB? “IMPOSSIBLE”? ▪ Spoiler: it is possible — if you know who to work with. A client came in with a task to pass **live verification** on **WantToPay**, a Telegram virtual card service. On the platform side — **Sumsub**: liveness check, SMS, manual review. “Fast” and “by eye” simply don’t work here. › What was done: → analyzed the verification scenario and Sumsub requirements → built the correct flow: phone number, email, timing → **completed live verification remotely, without account handover** → handled SMS and confirmation codes → brought the process to final approval ▪ Result: → verification passed → access granted → no flags or repeat requests ▪ Live verification is not luck. It’s scenario-based preparation — not hope. › TG: @mustang_service ( https:// t.me/ mustang_service ) › Channel: Mustang Service ( https:// t.me/ +6RAKokIn5ItmYjEx ) *All data is published with the client’s consent.* #verification #sumsub #livecheck #kyc #case
    • IMPORTANT INFO: In a few days, I will switch to completely new code, written from scratch with a new download system, patch building and management system. The Updater will become true 2026 code with "foolproof systems". I'm going to create a Discord server for customers to request new ideas and features. FIRST CUSTOMERS ARE ALREADY USING THE NEW UPDATER ON LIVE SERVERS! Watch this topic for upcoming info because the new updater is around the corner! Yes, you can still use self-update on the previous updater! No, the new updater won't be compatible with the old patch system! A new build is required, but players who already have game files won't have to download the entire patch again! New templates and updates to existing templates are coming soon! Sneak peek:
