Hey guys i want to have some fun with old times of lineage and develope it and make some support for newest clients.

What do you think ?

I think when I will have time I will downgrade aCis at least for C3 (in some years).

But moving from L2J C3 to something stable, that's probably even worst than IL. And IL was messed up. You probably got no features to add/not a lot missing (mostly packets related), but the stability, exploits and performances, damn, it must be terrible.

I though you will update to h5 no?

Lol, never. I don't give a damn about higher chronicles. Kamalol+ chronicles.

C1, C3, C4, IL, maybe Classic.

IMO classic is better than C3... the client is much better and you can always downgrade classic to C3 much easily than fixing L2J's C3 overall.

C3 client support is very easy, regardless if C2 C3 (530) or C3 C3 (555) or C4 C3 (non-prelude auth, complete eventmatch support: 557/560). C3 also supports windowed mode by default, which is a huge advantage over earlier chronicles.

The main problem is, C3 had complete spawn, npc stat and npc ai script overhaul (vs C2/C1)

1. Re-arrangement of the Entire Hunting Ground

2. Deployment and Adjustment of the Monsters

5. Various NPC AI

among other things, but real C3 files have never leaked anywhere.

C4 by itself has a lot of changes which makes C4 also a really bad candidate for basing C3 onto.

Which means whatever you create, it will be as close to the real C3 as the Earth is close to Sirius. Light years away.

Like someone wants to play c3. Get real, l2 has been dumbed down to trench level, noone will ever play on old style c3. Everyone will be like "where are my skills where are new items why its so empty here so much grinding server will die in 2 weeks no point etc". Just abandon the thoughts and thank me later

When im reading "server dev section" my impression is - so many hands - so much wasted potential.

People who migrated to linux and don't want dual boot might. But yeah, those people don't exist and there's not anyone else, really.

You simply cannot play c3 knowing at the same time how older chronicles work. Thats against progression and discourages literally everyone. Since ages lineage is about botting 2-3 days for top gear and pvping 2-3 weeks until server dies. The RPG part has been completly put aside. I am strongly convinced that its impossible to ressurect such game

why messing with c3 packets? copy paste all older maps into thenew client and well there you got your c3. the only thing u need to do is deleting all new spawns and reconstructing older html files

"copy paste all older maps" is what classic does. Did you even play C3? GF mob dumbed down AI doesn't come even close to what C3 was about. Plus all the changes to epic raids over time will ensure that the endgame content is not even the slightest bit like C3.

Also, C3 was not the first chronicle to feature, as NCSoft puts it, "Re-arrangement of the Entire Hunting Ground". Deleting spawns in non-C3 zones will not fix anything.

In other words, do you even play l2? Go play your shit tier classic mode, you will never know better.

im talking about clientside. why do you bother using an old client for older content? you have a nice new client where you just have to change the datapack side to be c3 like. or did the c3 client offer better client side features??

    • I’ve been using this Escape from Tarkov Hack for about a week now with no issues at all. ESP works great without any lag, and the aimbot is smooth and doesn't feel obvious. Had a quick setup with the loader, and support answered my questions right away. The HWID spoofer also did its job without messing with my system. So far, the cheat's staying undetected on my side.
