Help Not Dying Mobs

SO im new at this and im working on a frozen pack(i know not too good) but just for starters.. well i was changing some configs and after a server restart NOT EVEN  a single mob dies.. not even from //kill .. any suggestion?

gameserver -> config -> head -> altsettings.properties ->  at 315th line it has this NpcAttackable = make it true 

I think thats it :)

i already checked both of ur answers but still no.. ofc i wouldnt change npcattackable since it says mobs wont get dmg..its something else.. eitherway thnx for answering
