It's not an exploit at all, but since in CS 1.6 ain't off-topic topic, I'll share it here:

 

1) Buy B-3-2 and bullets.

2) Press left and right button of the mouse at the same time.

 

Your weapon will shot very fast, but you cannot hurt anyone :D

why u need gun  with very fast shooting if u can't hurt and kill them ??? use speed hack and it will hurt and kill enemies :P
