if you have already your server edited files in your dedicated or on your laptop, and you add new code in eclipse you need compile and after you must go to you your laptop and find your source folder C:/workspace etc, and find what you have edited. for example if you have edit something from l2jserver you need to go C:/workspace/L2J_Server/Build and take the l2jserver.jar and copy/paste to your Server/game. if you have edit something from L2J_Datapack you need go C:/workspace/L2J_Datapack/Build and copy/paste the file of you have edit to your server files. If you need explain you better i can use teamviewer to help you

If you already setted up your server, replace l2jserver.jar if you edited core (your gameserver must be shutdowned to avoid class based errors).

The idea is to compile the first time, put all files in a secured folder, edit it as you please. If you want to update core, recompile and pick l2jserver.jar and replace the old from secured folder by the new one.
