and subsequent take down on Riot China's channel, a new teaser titled The River King has been released .This new champion teaser tells the story of a desperate gambler and a deal he struck with the monstrous "River King".

I saw on reddit that this champions name is : Tamm , King of the Rivers ( but its uncorfirmed)
