The authors of such posts just want to be scammed... ask NCSoft for 100% bug-free pack. Everything they produce is 100% retail-like, even the bugs!

I thought, everyone who can change a line of code without breaking the entire package will claim that his pack is the best. If you don't want to be scammed, just get an open-source project and if you found something you don't like, you can hire someone to fix / change it for you (if you can't). You can also get a free help that way, by asking in the dev help section (not always, but most of the time there are some people with a solution)!

Because something like 100% fixed pack dont exist in this world always will be something that need be fixed or that is not working correct or you want to work in another way
