2)now in internalhostname i must put router ip(but i don't know how to find it because my bro has installed the router)

Download one for yourself, uploading 50mb with 4kb/s is a little bit difficult... Just get for example my newbies, copy diskw start.bat and stop.bat, and then download with eclipse the latest l2j revision, unrar it inside and you are done... It is not that difficult...
