    There's no guide in it, just experiment with small steps increasing these values, for future admins please consider that this may even crash your PC if you don't know what threads/most of the settings are. I'm posting this because as you said: No offense, really this is a valuable one (there are more in the topic posted by banished on l2jserver forums), but you should REALLY watch out what the hell you change before you change it :)

    Actually i have get them work, you also need 2 tables... faction_members (player_id, faction_id, faction_points, contributions, join_date) and character_faction_quests (char_id, faction_quest_id)... Oh, completely forgot about that i just saw it, also faction_quests (id, faction_id, name, description, reward, mobid, amount, min_level). Htm files needed (i will let you find the commands that are needed inside, read a bit the java files and you will find them easily): data/html/faction/ start.htm already.htm switch.htm join.htm accepted.htm noadena.htm switched.htm declined.htm askquit.htm story.htm quited.htm quest.htm shop.htm wrong.htm But i don't understand one thing... I saw many people asking for the ready files on the l2jfree forums (lol... and they actually are ready, if they don't know how to create some sql tables and htm files with a bunch of commands inside, they don't deserve to have even a server), but what the hell they gonna do them? They need to write quests and some rules for the factions that are not included, and it seems that they cannot do that... (Forgot to notice also that these files ARE NOT LIKE GvE, they are from the old RaGEZONE server of evill33t, so the title is irrelavant :P)

THEY NEED SOME REWORK TO FIT THE INTERLUDE CLIENT :) But actually they work... Personal opinion: NCSoft removed them on C3, and i don't suggest using them, cause the completely ruin the game (better have to say, they completely overpower mages).

The only noticeable work is done by l2jfree.com too, and we should give credits to these guys and not to some1 else. All this madness started since C4 with the packs made by XXX etc should stop one day, learn to use eclipse and the whole place will be full of packs in seconds... And btw to avoid spamming, i did not create a pack for fame, just for helping some thousands of people here to setup their own server in some seconds if they believe that it is soo hard. /mad mode on, has nothing to do with you fanara, just after some msgs on my msn by some people i gone mad and this was a nice topic to spam a bit :)

Ehem, photoshop knowledge is also required. www.google.com and search for website ready templates about l2, or just for a ready website based on some php scripts and some images like napas etc... Nothing amazing, but still better than nothing. You can use a CMS also or a portal/forum :) And add some php scripts for server online status and more... Locked, the reason is quite easy to be guessed for one more time...

    I suppose you get this using a pack with DISKW. Uninstall the already installed mysql server that you have on your PC because removing the pass on that situation, won't help. On the other hand, if you are using stand alone mysql, do what kaguyakun said (or just remember tha pass that you entered on the mysql configuration wizard). Btw, you don't need to uninstall it, check on the program's menu and use the RUN CONFIGURATION WIZARD. Also, if you are still using diskw and you don't have stand alone mysql running, ask the diskw owner/creator about that. DiskW is the same if you use easyphp too. Topic locked, reason... Use your brain to find out the reason that i lock it :)

But the problem should be bigger, because in C4 most of the skills didn't work (who said that now they actually work like retail?) If the skill needs core support, you don't have a chance on getting it work, if it is only DP side, search on the XML of interlude packs and change it :) About the other question, change the buff time manually, it seems that you increased some debuffs and some buffs that are supposed to have low duration. Topic locked, wrong section/already answered... The mess on the section remembers me the times that there was no help category >.>

    ?.? , go on mysql with the mysql management tool of your choice, and on etcitems table run a query to set the duration column value to -1.     No1 in what? :P There could be thousands of categories about thousand of subjects. Tech categories are popular on the web (tech news, hardware, software, internet & network related things). Tech news/help would be really good one... RF online, Legend of Mir and Gunz are quite popular games. Also, singleplayer games are interesting. A MUST SECTION is a game reviews section, reviews about all games (i would suggest 2 sections, one with mod's reviews and one with user's reviews). Also a section with game news... These sections are the most popular as i can see on most forums related to games (if we exclude sections that are related to gaming servers that these forums host). Hey, btw, I'M INTERESTED IN LEARNING HOW THE H$LL TO PLAY WOW ON A PRIVATE SERVER >.> And i don't know how >.> Creating a section for dota as they said? T.T

    Wrong section L2w is not designed for PvP, it is for XP, so it does not have a function for such a thing. You can't use a script either... I have noticed something like a bug i would say, that on old versions of l2w (IG), when some1 hits you and you are on fight mode, he attacks back (it will die for sure, or it will get a PK point if the other player stop the attack :P). Also, there is no chance for l2w to win in a PvP even if it is a lvl 10 vs 40. There are thousands of ways to confuse it :)

    You rollback a server by using a backup of your database. That means that if you wanna rollback it, you should have a backup and use it (the backup .sql file of the db should have also DROP queries in it, otherwise you should empty it manually first). And btw, there is a help section >.>

    http://www.l2-rage.com/ It has nothing to do with flash/image site, just php-nuke with a cool skin (yeah i'm a portal's fun). Actually, i like it because of the low CPU usage and because it is lite and easy for use :) Sites like the one that napas has released use too many threads on mysql. I had around 40% CPU usage on my SQL server with that one (and on Dual Xeon 3060 >.>), too bad because after some minutes it had reserver all of my free mysql connections!
