ahahah I must say that something new to see :D
Didn't it is controlled by utx? having one for Day and one other texture for Night?
Try to see if the map utx there isn't something that look like your texture.
If not try to see if there isn't thing called "Shadow" or "Tree" in the unr that left and make scale to 0 to see if that change if not revert the change and try again till you find :)
It must be something ^^

lol try search the staticmeshe of this three and just change the xyz coords, with l2smr you can do it, but not in utx, what mean with utx, utx is only the texture files, there you can't move it to the ground, there only can modify textures, for modify this, you need search the object, and in this case is staticmeshe.

you cant fix this, its dependent by engine function that handles lighting for certen kind of maps, most of map in l2 doesnt contain lighting, its generated by engine itself for the sake of multi-regionality.
