Help Opening Utx Files With Unreal Ed

i want to open L2UI.utx with unreal ed

 

 

i decrypted it with l2decrypt    but when i try to open im getting this error

If you will change this file in UEditor then many buttons will lost the resize properties.

looks like something wrong with L2UI

 

i can open any other utx file but not l2ui

 

i downloaded another L2UI but still same problem

 

 

i  edited l2ui month ago without any problems

Have u tried the L2Tool for UnrealEngine2Runtime?

That usually does the trick for textures in the L2UI..
