How can I change that NPCs dont turn their faces/direction while talking to them?

I think you can't. But IF u can you need to be on npc.java inside your source.

u mean for specific npcs or for every npc? just have a look at the merchant of mammon entries and ai :)

I think you cant do it.. but you can download and add custom NPCs...

Just remove the SocialAction packet that they sends, and they won't turn anymore!  ^_^
