I had the idea of creating these weapons one year ago, but I couldn't create them then, so I managed to create them now. It took me about 20 minutes.

 

Every Legendary Weapon, has 75% better status than a normal S Grade weapon.

and we will do it to be hero so at +0 glow we can see the glow

Hero Glow Guide! (Thanks to killer_007)

Go into weapongrp.dat and count how many it is until Is_hero on the top.

Go down to the item you want with hero weapin glow and change the value from 0 to 1
