So i will make quick review.

 

First day after opening everythig was ok, GM was active i told him about some bugs i found and he fixed the easy ones.For sure I was patient about the serious ones.

So the second day came and something happened.I found out that nobody even tried to fix the serious bugs.GM was inactive whole day.People started to find out the bugs also, even more and more bugs came out.They reported them, waited something to changed, but nah.. whole day the same... gm was off whole day and it's 2nd day of the server.No fixes... nothing.So people started to think that the project is not serious.. me also.Many people left and with reason.I think that the first day are most important and there must be any GM on.

 

First of all there are some bugs we reported but nobody tried even to fix them.

COV gives more c.speed than magnus.

Mages are totally op unbuffed.They do over 2-3k dmg (non crit) hits.So all day they ruled the events.Cuz they 2 shot people. Even i did 10k dark vortex on a mage.

For some reason you get your inventory full with BOGS.. totally annyoing,  so people were forced to give them for free(nobody wanted them, cuz everyone was full) or make alts to exchange them.

If you join you will notice that there are almost no archers.. the reason is because they are bit underpowered.

Second I've noticed that farm is way too hard.. for whole day ingame i couldnt make even 1 item +16, cuz i got 2 fails on +15.And for full +16(not +20) gear u need 72 event coins, but if u fail let's say 3 times on a item the 72 coins are going to be 216 and if u fail your RB jewels ( really hard to get ) you will need 3 days + more just to collect again.(+0). So if i count everything non lifers will need less than 1 month for max gear and people with real life over 2 months.I'm ok with this, but what's the point to join PvP server and to spend like 2 months for farm ?

In events you enter unbuffed, so people started to use low geared buffers and if u're with 2-3 more new players in team it's sure loose(many alt farm classes join too).Also BP in event =  50% win.

All day I was online. Server had 50-60votes on hopzone and i had 21 vote coins, after over 190 votes ( i was ingame ) i got again 21 vote coins. No coins all day ? Funny ?

 

I was sure that server could be good if the staff could be active the first days and they fix everything immediately, it had future.But for example let's say you find a bug and u report it, after 2h another one, after 5h some more, but when u check the bug that u've reported before 10+ hours were not fixed, no GM whole day and u start to think that it will take forever someone to fix all these bugs.I reported a bug before over 20h and nothing happened.

I know that GMs also have real life, but if u want the server to have a future, you must have a nolifer GM.

 

 

That's from me, I'm done, I know that Frank did hard work,but 3h beta is not enough for sure. Maybe before 3-4 years people didn't care so much about bugs, every crap server had over 600-800+ on, but most L2 players left and people who left to play are very pretentious and want quality if they have to play in a server with 200 online.

If server is L2off it doesn't mean it will be with good quallity.. nobody want perfection, there is not perfect server, people want someone to listen to them and care, cuz what's the point to play a server, if u're forced to play a class you don't want? At the morning i had over 15 players online in my clan.And only 4 people left now.There must be a fucking reason.. right ?

For sure i would play i know that these things can be fixed, but when there is nobody to listen to the community , what's the point ? Server gone wrong.. all mages got advantage now over other classes players. So let's make it mage server and to play class we don't want ?

Also a guy(without clan) told me he did dupe 5 am +16. Dunno how he did it and is it real, but he joined and for like 3-4 hours he had +20 weapon :o

I think if server had longer beta phase, things would be much different.

1.It's not lie many people noticed it.Maybe Grand fixed it, dunno.

2.Nope, for over 6-7 years i've played only low rates(L2offi too).But last years my life changed so i don't really have so much time for games, otherwise for sure I would play any low rate and i wouldn't post here in the L2j PvP servers.I've played whole day , farmed, did events, me and my clan killed all Bosses + Grand ones and still i don't have any +16 item.Just full +10 and 3 rb jewels.I'm sure that you can check that i've played over 8 hours.Then you will take ur words back.

3.Do you think that -10% dmg will fix them ? So from 3k dmg, they will start to do 2-2,5k ?

4.24/7 ? What a joke. People have reported many bugs + the mage one early morning(I've reported it to GranPa 1h after grand opening after 1 mage did 60 kills on deathmatch and everyone else did 0) and before 5 mins u just fixed it. If i can say that -10% dmg is a fix. lol I guess something is wrong with formula cuz unbuffed they did 3k dmg and buffed they did me less than 800.

5.Feel free to check that my character was online all day and i got 0 vote coins. :) Had 21 yestarday at the start, after around 10 hours online i got again 21.

7.I guess u can check that people are leaving.Yestarday server had 250 online, there are less than 40 online now.Do you remember ? Same happened last time. :)

8.2-3h beta phase was not serious.. some servers do beta phases for week.How can u test something for 2 hours if u can't even take S grade for that time ?

You just believed in youself too much. ( check number 8=the reason, number 7 the prove)

I will do simple calculation for 2nd number.

 

Ok, you got 10 S grade items. So you if you have best luck in the world u will need 60 e.coins to enchant all +16.

Let's say you play 6h/day = 12 events = 12 coins. If we say that you win 50% you get 6 e.coins/day.

So if we say that you fail  enchant average  2 times on armor/wep=12 fail coins, so u need more 6 succes ones for 16= 18 coins for +16 item.

10 items(18 coins for +16)=180 coins.

180coins (6coins/day) = 30days. Only for +16 gear.

Then you need Crystal scrolls. Let's say u get them for 14 days (minimum, let's say 2crystals/day u need 40scrolls/2 per day = 20 days, but let's say avarge 14 ) if you can kill around 2 bosses/day(depends on online players).(we got 6 crystal scrolls from 1 Grand Raidboss, we killed it for 1h, if there are 6 people in party and everyone takes 1 u will get max 1-2 crystals/day if u kill 2rb/day)

But you need something more ? Normal Coins. Let's say that if you farm them alone u need around 2 days/6h depends on class. ( cuz ur armors/wep will fail 2 times, but u need 3rd  succes ones. 10k S grade X 3 = 30k, 4k wep X 3 = 12k. all = 42k)

But also something more ? If you boss jewels fail you need new ones. So if i take myself as example, today with my clan I killed all RB bosses(+grand ones) and  got 2 rb jewels myself. If you kill 2/day = 2 rb jewels ( it's not sure that u will take it, cuz there are around 5 people in party, so 1/5 to take it)( again depends on online players, but let say that there are like 5 clans that want the rbs, most of the time they will be dead and u can kill only 2/day)(you will buy them mostly from votes) let's say u need like 10 days/6h , cuz they may fail also at 10-16 enchanting.

Let's collect everythin now.

 

Enchant to +16=30 days.

Crystal enchants.=14 days.

Coins=2days.

Rb jewels=I will make it 5+ days rb farm, cuz u take them mostly from vote while u enchant/farm,etc. and while u kill bosses for Crystals.

 

Ok. 30+14+2+5=55days =almost 2 months at avarge people online for full gear if you play 6h/day.

Let's say that there are now less people so it will be easier so let's say 25-30 days at low people online , 6h/day.

 

If people like me(3h/day ) play it will takes around 3+ months for max gear.

 

Enough said, looks like it's not that simple as u thought ? Like a guy above said: "you will get 200 online, because you name", but I guess that wont happen again, if you want these 200ppl back, you have to win them with a good server or they wont join again just, because ur name. :)

Magnus and COV give same cast.speed? Don't make me post a screenshot about that too. As you can see almost all statements you made are false. Yes, we had problems with mages as I said in my previous posts, and this was the only serious problem we had including voting system (on website), which most players do not understand. 4 clicks are difficult, I understand this variety in humanity.

 

3) This is not an offense or attacking post against you, but I don't like saying shits, especially on an advertisment topic. The reason we have forum is to talk with players and listen to their thoughts and I am not sure you have ever used that. Also note that you are the only one in the whole server who saying that server is difficult, everybody says that we should make it more difficult.

 

4) Forgot to say, you talked about a guy who duped AM +20? We tested 6 dupe bugs (2 were working and we fixed them), but let's say it is true, why you didn't report him to us? Since you care so much for the server.

 

5) In the end, the mages thing ruined us a bit, and we lost players. I am not afraid of telling the truth. Truth is better than lying in any case, cause all lies will be noticed one day. Just like your statement about server's difficulty and enchant. We opened a poll on our forums and people seem to understand and agree with a wipe. If wipe wins, we will re-open server in 4-5 days, with much more players online (mass advertisment on downtime), everything fixed (including mages), and new addons like vote manager and other things that will make server much more enjoyable. The best thing is that all players like L2Legendary, if you were online you would have seen that almost all had only good words to say about us except the mages thing.

About farm system : I wasted 4h to make just 1 bow +16 (mb I am unlucky, w/e, but ... 4h :D)

thats true you cant balance 100% but you can balance the main classes like gladi archer dagger mage

I can with mby 50 lines of code. Just needs adjusting damage to scale, to be exact same for both fighters. Control accuracy and skill power & chance. But what's the point, since this way winner would be determined pretty much by luck (and each pvp would leave 1 dead and 1 with 1hp left xD).

 

Best balance is in my opinion, to maximize randomness of equip (eg. augmentation possibilities) and so on :)

1.I had also 2 items +15 and failed for +16.I don't talk about how hard is it to enchant an item from 10-16,I talk about that it takes time to get coins for scrolls, cuz I had 12 coins(i did over 20 events 10h+ online ) so whole day i've played for 2 failed items.Who knows maybe if I've played 1 more day I would have +16, but the next day, next item may fail 3 times ?

Like Tommy said, he got +16 for 4h, but for 4h u can win 8 coins(If he had won all events :o which is impossible ) ? That means he enchant failed 0 times, so that's the luck i've talked about.But maybe when he enchant his boots they may fail 4 times? Who knows ?

If you think enchanting is so easy why are u going to increase the enchant rate after wipe ? Why are you going to add more raidbosses ? You said it's easy to enchant and make gear.. I see no reason to add more bosses and increase enchant rate, if it's so easy as u think. :)

3.I've been in party with GrandPa 1h after opening and i told him about the mages.People reported it in forum at 12:00 morning (if i remember well).So after 20h+ you fixed it(-10% dmg wont help at all).Feel free to ask him.(GrandPa) So tell me what's the reason server to die in 1 day ? 250 at the start , 30 left.I've been in game and some people told me that they left because the bugs, others told me that they left because the hard farm, because for all day only 5 people from my clan got +16 item, because we killed all RBs and other small clans/alone people couldn't do nothing and my clan mates  bought TvT coins with the rb drops.Like i said if you're not from any big clan and u're not online all day , there is no chance to take any Crystal scroll or at least at first month when nobody is going to sell them.Even I've been online all day yestarday, we killed all bosses and I received 0scrolls. 2-3 guys from 8ppl ( from the party) got all the scrolls.Imagine if there are more clans and there is no way to kill all RBs.

 

4.Yes, even I got it on screen.Report it to who ? Petitions off all day(didn't see any gm to talk also), inforum also nobody.Please tell me to who ? To wait you all day to check ur forum, after the server is already full with dupe items ? ( and i said 5 x am +16, not 20)

 

5.Yes the left 10 players in forum said good words, why don't u ask the rest 250+ who left ? I see only 12 people voted, where are the rest ? I know most players who joined and they have played other PvP server before. So they thought that this one will be better, but when you get dissapointed for 2nd time, do u really think all of them will come back in your server ? Like i said your fail is because u did 2h beta phase, if you make the same thing after wipe, believe me nothing will change.New bugs will come out, dont think that if u fix the mage proplem and server will be done.People even didnt test real PvP/olympiad/skills, just noticed that mage makes huge dmg.

 

6.Before Grand Opening i told u that 2h beta is not serious.I guess u see why i said it.

 

7.My suggestions.

 

Fix balance, test it again.For sure it can be perfect, but at least not OP dmg.

Fix titan's dmg, they do less dmg with frenzy than my dagger's blows.

Test for dupe bugs again.

Make LS/BOGs as event rewards and votes only.

Keep BEWS/BEAS in event shop, but also add them as drop from RB.So it won't be impossible to get them, because u have to buy and bogs/ls with event coins now on.

Crystalls scrolls in event shop also, but for higher price than blessed.So if you're not from the big clans who kill the RBs u can have chance to take some c.s too.

Increase enchant rate.

Make bigger farm zones with open area, not any small rooms like now.So people can PvP there.

Make event zones bigger open pvp, cuz zerg kill is fucking annyoing.

Add more RaidBosses, some easy ones too.And lower the def or hp of the old ones.

Make the entrance of RB zones with some kind of item or with some kind of quest which u can do only 1-2 times/day.I think with this way of system not everyone will do RBs non stop, so people who got less time to play may kill RBs too.

Make scheme.

Boost archers.

S grade in oly.

Clan halls.

Pet buffer.

Events only with the basic buffs, not full.

No Bishops in event, so u can win by skill, not by "who has more bp in team" 

Don't make vote coins tradable.Will ruin the economy and server is going to be full with afk/bots.

Vote reward on IP, so there won't be offline bots for votes.

Make bogs/LS/scrolls stackable so you wont full ur inventory.

 

I got more ideas, but don't have time to type more.

Besides if you want " balance " good luck ! There is no such thing. One class will definitely be stronger than most or some, whatever you try to do. Instead of nerfing classes boost others so then every class has something to say in pvp.
