Make 1 format your pc and install from the beggining java jdk, mysql 5.1[my opinion] If your problem continue im out of ideas :(

Anyway, look aCis forum for my reply to be sure if it's a) pack issue (compile) || b ) java issue - which probably it is :P

 

About reinstalling java. Uninstall, use a program like CCleaner to clean all da shit, rr pc and install again, JDK 7 - only.

Drop from the build.xml checking the SVN versions. It's useless for the regular users.

 

Add to Environment Variable -> PATH -> pathway to JRE/JDK bin folder.

 

Add password to SQL user.
