go to Start then go to My Computer right click -> properties then follow this steps

and here just put your java path for example 

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_45\jre\bin

and you are done!

thug was right

Not rly, when you mess with x64 you need a jre @ program files, otherwise you will get error opening Eclipse. Experienced myself :P
