Hello, how can i change some existing armor textures so it loads another armor textures?

For example elegia armor with apella armor textures

Why dont u make it much easier??Just C/P Apellas Itemname and ArmorGroup data change the ID's.I mean create New Items but with same textures and after that

on data/stats/items add The new ID's But with Elegia Stats ;)

Also add the New armors on armorsets...

I don't know if this really works, but, if you change the name of the armors through the database/armor you will have the job done. (I'm not sure, just guessing)

true that. it will be more easy for example you can copy the apella texts on armorgrp.dat and copy them to the elegia parts.

P.S. if you're going to change elegia with apella you will need to make the lower and body part in 1 part cause apela don't have textures for 5 parts of armor it has only 4.

it will not change something in game if you change it in game in order to change just the name as you say it's just to change the name on itemname-e.dat file for example on Elegia Leather Helmet change it to Apella Leather Helmet

Indeed good idea and much simpler. I'll try it later thank you

I think you need reconsider what "LE MEMEMER MAXTER XD" why? because first he know what are talking, experienced guy and the only way is via armorgrp because there is lines where linked package of animations + animations, so for change appareance is only this way man.
