Actually, he want to set if I'm not wrong. It's like, no matter what your HP is, when you wear X item your HP increase/decrease to 5k hp (in this case). :P

If he wants to add, then he must use "add" ,not "set" as I said higher.

 

About russian, even regular russian sucks on Google translation and is barely understable. But russian latin is also alien.
