Nightw0lf Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) hi i started a server and some times it lags for examples: killing a raidboss (lots of players using skills aoe) orc alliance/clan skills fritezza lots of players sieges i have seen that pending write goes x8 for example 5.000.000/8k ( 8) when the number inside the parenthesis () goes more than 8 players lags and i was wandering what is this? i use free vanganth files 1.2.3.6 i would like to know some things first so an explaination of what pending write is, or what possible reasons for that lag or how i can help this out. thank you. 0 Sighed Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 If i'm not mistaken, the pending write, is the amount of data, in kilobytes i think, that needs to be written to the socket. That huge pending write you have, sometimes means that you getting a DoS or DDoS on your server, as your bandwidth is being overloaded, processor clocks are being consumed, the server starts to have problems to write to a socket.
