Help About Login Stuck

hi i have a dedicated server and i try to setup my pack on it

sql files ok (tryed with local "127.0.0." and external "xxx.xxx.xxx.")
port open ok (tryed with firewall down also)
server files ok (tryed with local "127.0.0.1" and external "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx")
green worked

red not worked

now i try to connect type my user/pass and i login on client
when i try to select the server i press ok but not join in.

i tryed several combinations on ini files and sql files
like my servers external ip that is also the local one.. (first time working on dedicated)
what info you need me to give so i can get help?

(dbo.server has external and localhost 127.0.0.1)
i use vanganths pack

Port forward TCP only, not UDP/Both option. See if that works. This happened to me here and that's what fixed it.

i got firewall off :s and plus i have them on tcp only i tested udp and it wasnt needed so i deleted it

Use 127.0.0.1, and only put external IP in dbo.server table in the ip field, inner_ip field must be 127.0.0.1. That way should work, or at least it does for me.

i did that... i finally contacted the support of dedicated and it was not mine problem and they fixed it :) so it can be locked... thank you for answers :)
