Avitus World is a casual Lineage 2 C4 private server based around retail & custom features, filled with events & adventure.

Latest server changes:

 

Max Enchant changed to +16

Safe Enchant changed to +4

(Enchant rates stay the same)

 

SA Blacksmith will be removed.

S Grade weapons with SA will be added to the gm shop.

 

Buff Slots increased from 20 to 25

Latest developments.

 

Ancient adena drops in TOI 10 have been balanced based on seal stone drop rates in the catacombs and necropolis.

Underwear prices have been increased.

Right now i am considering the pros and cons of removing the custom currency (Gold Dragon) altogether and using Gold Bars (Adena) instead.

Also i keep getting asked when the server will go LIVE. My answer is we dont know at the moment. Be a little patient and when the times is right we will make an announcement.

 

The Rewards section from the gm shop has been removed. Instead you can buy blessed enchant scrolls and books of giant by talking to the Grand Olympiad Manager (requires Olympiad Game Pass) or by finding the Merchant of Mammon (requires Ancient Adena).

To get Olympiad Game Passes you will have to participate in the Grand Olympiad Games and exchange your points in the Grand Olympiad Manager.

For Ancient Adena you must participate in the Seven Signs. In the Seven signs you gather seal stones from the catacombs and necropolis and then you can exchange those for ancient adena in your designated Priest. Alternatively you can farm Ancient Adena in the 10th floor in TOI (Seal Angels/Archangels).

This is the retail like way wich i find it pretty cool imo. With this change the Grand Olympiad Games and the Seven Signs gain a greater significance.

After considering the pros and cons we decided to remove the Gold Dragon coin economy system. Instead we will use a simpler method with adena and gold bars.

That means no more custom currency.

A new npc was added that can turn your adena into gold bars and vice versa.

Now all thats left to do is adjust the adena drops to accommodate the new economy system.

That brings us one step closer on announcing an opening date!

I am happy to announce that the server configuration is over. We estimate that the server will go Live sometime at the end of January.

We will inform you with a final date one week in advance so either join the BETA or visit our website and forum frequently so you are always up to date with the latest news.

Pet Buffer option added.

Please make sure you switch back to char buffer when you are done buffing your pet.

Queen & Seraphim buffs now last for 2h.

Beast soulshots & Blessed Spiritshots added to the gm shop.

Normal Scrolls success chance changed from 70% to 60%.

Blessed Scrolls success chance changed from 100% to 80%.

Max and Safe enchant limits  stay the same.

      Heya! I was looking for someone who can provide me with any solution for FPS increase on Interlude Client. I was interested in a working Clear Cache button and/or any patch that will increase the FPS of each player. Playing on Interlude for many years now, I can understand that a crowded place will drop your FPS by a lot which is making the game unplayable and unenjoyable. For example, Baium Epic Boss always had issues (not only) with FPS drops sometimes players are playing with pixels (images). If anyone has the expertise and knowledge about those things I would like him to contact me via Discord xthedarknessfear so we can discuss further because I obviously have some questions about Client Modification and how it's done. Will not answer anything here, hit me up on disc and let's discuss it! P.S: I'm also looking for a custom simple interface (small edits). If you can do both, you are my guy! Cheers!

      Whatever @Tryskell said...   Unfortunately it is not 2005-2010 anymore... Most of the community from those days is "grown up" and probably does not play games anymore (or at least no MMOs). I think anything related to MMOs will be a nail in the coffin.   I understand that it is hard to let the thing you've built for years to "just die". I assume most people got into programming, so maybe you can try something in that direction. But then again, this is a very niche community.   We need to think of something to bring the people together. I think events may be really fun, but then you would probably need to add prizes n order for the people to participate.   So yea, just my 2 cents. Hopefully somebody can come up with some great idea so we can revive this place. I've already forgotten it for the last couple (5-6) years...
