What is a newbie looking for ?

Im not tryskell's lawyer,thread's title designates these 2 projects,im just telling that aCis is better cause i've tried both.

As a newbie,i used aCis. Because it was CLEANER and its bugs was less.

In order to use L2JHellas,you must be skilled.

The main reason is : It has many bugs (Perma Stun etc..) Which are less than aCis.

It's a pack full of custom,a skilled developer may wanted to avoid spending time in adding customs.

So he just used this pack,and went straight in to fixing bugs.

 

Are you happy now ? THATS WHY I WANTED TO SAY IN THE BEGGINING.

A newbie that wants to learn something (applying patches or codding some easy random stuff) GETS A CLEAN PROJECT

 

A newbie that only wants to edit configs,and run a server for his own,will get a project full of customs.

The only reason for someone to get a pack full of customs,its just to avoid codding.

a skilled developer may wanted to avoid spending time in adding customs.

From my pov a "skilled developer" (even not skilled, not developer at all, just a guy who want to make something on his own) would pick a clean pack. By that you know what you're adding and you see the code quality, you might code it different (better/your way). :)

 

Talking about newbies, they would pick hellas or frozen, why? Cuz as you said it's already full of custom, things that they are looking for. They are unable to add codes on their own, lazy to learn c/p, sad but true :P
