First of all, if everyone on every site add credits to the player that first do the build for example tpa babe on blue ez would be useless.

Second there is nothing like that written in rules. Third its not clear c/p, it has my work as well as i said, so stop spamming please because you got no point at all.

Good guide,but,the 3 mastery points in lethality and frenzy are wasted since the blue Ezreal build gives you no critical chance,even if it did,the build is not focused on damage/critical as much as kiting and that's why you get BOTRK over BT,I belive that 6 or 9 armor pen marks are better than flat ad marks on Ezreal,in my opinion you must break the build down on first back,second back,mid game,core,etc because it's kinda complicated for someone who tries it for the first time,or for someone that doesn't know that getting a tear late is useless.
