It is L2OFF, and you can test it and check easy to see if its java or off.

About domain... they didn't invest much in domain or anything, they just want to offer alternative of java servers but in off version with way more balanced gameplay. Don't judge about website, or shit like that. C ya in game and judge it after! Server is for fun, for pvp :)
