I am looking for a program to make a promo video ...

Not something special basic things! Not adobe premiere because my pc doesnt meet the system requirements !

 

Any idea accepted!

sony vegas studio maybe ?

yeah already tried that program but it seems a litle bit difficult to me (in use)! any other suggestion?

In case non gimme another solution i will try to read some tutorials!

yes.. its not very easy program, but u can look some tutorials on youtube :)
