Whats up with all these DDoS Attacks lately?

A well organised server cant be closed only due to ddos attacks

Well the whole crap comes from some kids who decided to sell a few exploits (hack tools) and some ddos attackers in really cheap prices. So, everybody bought those shits and started to attack everything and everyone without knowing that it could probably be a reason for him to get jailed since those types of attacks are ilegal.

Few DDoS Companies can't stop the DDoS Attacks from Hackers, that's because they don't have soooo Much "Powered" Servers to protect other servers from their companies..... F.E.:HyperFilter where using MaxCheaters As i saw they don't have so heavy servers to protect other sites/forums and so on... That's because sometimes getting MaxCheaters Down.

not true , its all about money ...  companies have packages of protections , you can spend for example from 100 ( basic protection ) to 500 euro ( ultra protection )

its because of fcking kids who spend whole day on the pc and download crap programs to "take down" a server because they s*ck at lineage 2 and get owned too much.. so only kids and noobs do this, cause they cant play :)

Or maybe they're hating someone so the only way to get revenge is to hacking servers with heavy DDoS Progs.... ;)
