since you mention tk,my another point;

 

tk is willing to help every single newbie(or not) guy who is posting in req dev help eng l2j,and he do it so facking well..check it on your own.

that's why i cant get why he got promoted to l2mod since he was just helping over there,if you ask me l2jdev rank fits to him better.

The thing is that there should be a "medium general mod" that whould have privs for the ppl that dont have l2 knowledge but they do the moderation

just make them all global moderators they clean the forum better even some of them not capable, at least clean the forum.

Why should it be somebody without knowledge about games?

 

You can make some moderator who mainly keeps the forum clean, but can still give some advice in topics.

Michael is right. Moderators should have knowledge of their field.

 

If someone doesn't have a clue about a certain subject he is probably not even interested in it, which means that he won't check the respective sections that often.

Also, not understanding certain special terms can lead you to wrong decisions. e.g. If someone is not a (ex-)L2 player he won't understand that someone is trolling if he suggests using DC robe on an archer.

Maxtor promote them all to l2 mod or Gold cause he bored looking for α suitable position ....

At least promote Fanky to L2Mod he deserve it !

Nah, but it's just more intresting to have mods around with knowledge about 1 or 2 games on the forum.

What elfo means is that you just get somebody to clean forum all day, who doesnt have any knowledge about games or smthng... just locking/cleaning topics all day

 

But i kinda got a feeling you wont find an idiot for that...

Developed in L2 HighFive branch since 2023 but it can be adapted to any project including Fand-C, aCis, Frozen, Scripts even compiled projects such as Lucera with some aditional cost.   Features:  1. Grouped of templates to create your own BOT (including skill, items, appearance, sex e.t.c.) 2. Bot can participate in Olympiad (+ any event with extra cost base on your event engine) 3. Bot walk nearby NPC to receive buff, receive equipment and teleport to any other area 4. Bot will accept party & clan invitation and follow party leader to wherever he go including teleport 6. Bot will trade player back dropped items from PK or fallen Raid Bosses after they visit a peace zone 7. Bot will open store and sell configurable item in configurable prices to players. 8. Bot will attack and cast spells in a realistic way. All classes are used including buffers, summoners, bishops e.t.c. 9. Buffer and bishops will cast buff to party members when player has no available or overriden buffs. 10. Bot will enchant their equipent and re-purchase upon failure. Their weapon will also switched between hero weapon and retail weapon when they need to. 11. I provide services for editing/modifying the client and individual files, namely: 1. Transfer/Creation/Editing locations, geodata.   2. All kinds of work with NPCs, including transfer, animation, adding effects to them and logos.   3. Actually, Transfer/Creation/Edit any EFFECTS, including Abnormal Effects.   4. Any work with weapons, armor, accessories and everything related to it.   5. Create or edit textures, including dynamic textures.   6.
