i dont know if you ve noticed but mixmaster has 57 pages of mod actions which is 1500+ mod actions. non posting doesnt mean someone is non moderating

 

i still dont get the topics point

he didnt made alone not even the 10 pages.

checks report section makes you moderator?nice noble..

 

whats his contribution to mxc brah?besides the money of course.

 

The bad thing is that you cant actually get the topic's point while you are the most old here,and you've seen many things.

as you ll probably see if you join staff one day the contribution of the mods is the moderating he does.share+moderate=less real life or studies etc. moderate+studies=no shares. shares+studies=no moderating.simple as that

ey,i never said become no lifers in order to share make guides or such things,and i also never said do not study in order to be active @ mxc..

but still,i guess all of you can make a guide once a month in order to force your members to do the same and more often..and so on..

 

tell me,am i wrong?

Yes, I agree for Fortuna. But why not 2, or even 3. Gregor can stay too if he want.

L2 have 4 moderators and only 1 is active. But, who cares?

i said 2 for you OR fortuna and gregor ;p for sure gregor doesnt deserves a demotion.

moderators is not everything if you ask me. I got the point now, maxtor got bored of forum that means it will die slowly, we can everyday make 100 suggestions, he wont upgrade the forum. The forum looks like we are in year 2000 or a windows 95 theme. Its 2012 now full of addons/games etc to choose. Our option is to move to another forum, and i did already.

about l2 mods,that's my facking point..some members should change their rank or even demote them.

the only inactive L2 Mod is Tryskell.No one else.Mix is doing his job and i do it too.and yeah moderator's job is to criticize shares,reward them, checking report section and talking to wannabes that make topics in order to become moderators cuz they are bored reporting. Don't be mad at me but i though you where more than a drama queen like the others and you deserved something more.Nevermind , we are who we are.
